Shipping:

 

Items are sent within the U.S. insured via USPS Priority service with signature confirmation. A tracking number will be sent to you via email the day your item is sent. This method of shipping is free of charge. If you need it sooner please contact sales@jewelrybyday.com for more details and cost information.

 

Canadian shipments are sent via First Class Mail International and is free. For faster shipping please contact sales@jewelrybyday.com.

 

International orders from most countries are gladly accepted, please contact sales@jewelrybyday.com for more details.

 

Each gorgeous piece is sent to you securely inside a glossy black box with the Jewelry by Day logo stamped in silver. It is then placed in bubble wrap inside a USPS Priority box.

 

Jewelry by Day will not be responsible for delays caused by USPS.

 

Shipments are sent within 48-72 hours from order date. If there is any delay an email will be sent to you immediately.

 

Payment:

 

Payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express by calling Jewelry by Day at 541-377-0700.  All information is kept strictly private and processed via Paypal.

 

If you would prefer to pay by check or money order please email your order or call. We will respond with the total. Checks are held for seven days for it to clear my bank after which your selections will be shipped.

 

Gift Services:

 

If the item is to be a gift please advise when ordering. The item will arrive wrapped in beautiful paper with a ribbon. A small gift card can be added upon your request with your message. Please send an email with your instructions to sales@jewelrybyday.com.

 

Returns:

 

Jewelry by Day wants you to be happy! If for whatever reason the item you receive isn't satisfactory please return it within 30 days for a full refund. We ask that the item is sent back in its original condition, in the Jewelry by Day black box if possible, and shipped USPS Priority with insurance. This cost is to be covered by the customer and is non refundable. Please include a copy of the original invoice. Your credit card will be refunded the amount of the item after it has been received in good condition.

Please note that different computer monitors have varying color viewing qualities. The jewelry has been photographed using the best equipment and method possible, however some variations do occur. Natural gemstones will have occasional inclusions and irregularities.

 

Exchanges:

 

After 30 days from purchase date items will be accepted for exchange only. Please ship the item back in its original condition via USPS Priority with insurance. This cost is to be covered by the customer and is non refundable. Contact sales@jewelrybyday.com  for a Return Authorization Number. Please include a copy of the original invoice.

After the item is received in good condition we will notify you. You can then either select a new item or have store credit until the time you decide. Shipping for the new exchanged item is free of charge. Please send to the following address:

Repairs:

 

Each Jewelry by Day piece is made with the utmost care and shipped in perfect condition. However it is not a perfect world and things do happen! Repairs are free for items up to 60 days from purchase. After 60 days a nominal fee is charged. Shipping for the damaged item is to be covered by the customer. Include any loose parts in the shipment. Please send to the following address:

Keep in mind the supply inventory changes, so the exact same components may not be available. Jewelry by Day will do whatever possible to ensure the best result of your repaired item.

 

Jewelry Care:

 

Pearls are porous and need gentle handling. It is best to wipe with a soft lint free cloth after each wearing. If they come in contact with harsh cleaners the outer finish can come off.

 

There are many porous stones that should not be soaked for any length of time (turquoise, lapis lazuli, opal, coral, onyx, opal). Clean with mild soapy water, rinse, then pat dry. Alternatively you can wipe with a jewelry polishing cloth.

 

Silver can be wiped with a silver polish cloth or dipped in a silver cleaning solution.

 

Mixed stones and Silver items are best wiped with a polish cloth.

 

Matte Onyx loves oils! If they are not worn for a time a fine grey film can develop. This is easily remedied by the natural oils on your skin or you can rub baby oil (or anything similar) to return it to a dark shiny black finish.

 

To prevent tarnish we recommend keeping silver items in an airtight environment such as a zip-lock bag.

 

It's advised to put your jewelry on after applications of lotions, hairspray and perfume. Let your jewelry take a break while you're gardening, swimming, doing dishes etc by taking them off.
